🤔What is a CMA and why is it good for Home Owners?
CMA also known as Comparative Market Analysis, is a term used to describe the process to determine the current market value of ones property.
There are many reasons why someone may want a CMA – the obvious being to determine what they would receive if they would list their home today. However, a home owner may also get a CMA even when not looking to sell! These reason include:
- Â Purchasing an investment property: Depending on when you purchased your current home, you may have gained enough equity to take some out and use toward a down payment on an additional property.
- Home Reno’s: You may also take the equity you have gained and put it towards your current home in order to make it your dream home!
